Shipping/Fulfillment Policy

All orders placed before 6pm eastern time on thursday will be shipped out the friday of that week. Orders go out every friday and are shipped priority mail. Once your order has shipped out you will receive a conformation email letting you know your product(s) are on the way. If you do not receive your order within 10 days from shipment email please contact customer support. Keep in mind packages may be delayed due to Covid-19.

If a product(s) you order is out of stock you will be contacted via email letting you know your item(s) are out of stock. If you ordered multiple items and only one(1) item is out of stock we will ship bulk of order on scheduled shipping day. The moment the item is back in stock it will be shipped to the customer at no additional charge.

Bulk orders will not ship out on the same schedule as regular orders. When bulk order is complete it will ship out immediately. Please speak with your sale agent about production time and shipment for all orders may be different.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders totaling over $100 will be shipped for free.
